my experience at this office was absolute horrible! I went in for a teeth cleaning, sat there for 3hrs only for them to forget I was there and didn’t even let the hygienist know she had a patient waiting. To further irritate the situation the hygienist half cleaned my teeth, put a pound of fluoride on my teeth and sent me home with an infection in my mouth. Went back 2 days later to have Dr. Dove look at it only for him to tell me” that I talk too much and to keep my mouth closed”. He didn’t even want to look at my teeth(had to ask him to) but afterwards just told me I’ll live and that the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was the best in office. WRONG!!! Went back AGAIN with this same infection in my mouth, keep in mind this is weeks after the initial visit and all he gave me was a mouth wash, told me to come back in a week and they would do a deep cleaning on my teeth. Deep cleaning was “suppose” to be done on the initial visit as a courtesy for them having me wait for 3hrs but I… constantly tried to explain to him it wasn’t done. Just kept telling me his hygienist was the best and was going to school for her doctorate. Needless to say I cursed the entire staff out because at this point you’re playing with my teeth and my health. He is no longer my dentist and I’ll never step foot in one of his offices again. I don’t know about his other practices but the one on Covington Pike is garbage and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. He may treat you better if you go to one of his other offices.

He is a very nice person but the simple filling he did was so bad I had to go to another dentist to have it done again. That's when the nightmare started, the new dentist did some x-rays and it was discovered that the rest of the work he did had to be done over. The new dentist called to speak with him about the problem but he refused to take the call. When confronted about his bad work shown on the new x-rays he said he would then do it over. No Thank you!! Bad dental work is harmful to your health, thank God I went to another dentist and found out about the rest of the bad dental work he performed. I have met 2 people that have had bad experiences from this Dr. I'm out of money , missed time from work and a lot of pain from this Dr. Dove. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away!!!!

The worst experience of my life. You get what you pay for

This was the worst experience I have had to deal with over the past three months. My average wait time to be called once I checked in at the front desk would range from an hour and a half up to three and a half hours waiting to be called in to see the doctor. I was in so much pain and needed to see the dentist that I sat there and waited as patiently as I could. I could not take it any longer and felt this was unprofessional!!! If you are wondering, I have insurance and it's good insurance too!! My daughter took me to the Dentist one day and told me that this was not normal!!! A person should not have to wait 2-3 hours as if they were in the emergency room at a hospital waiting to be called upon!!! She begged me to leave and find a new Dentist and I finally did!!! Please I implore you, do not go to this man!! He is a rip off and does a horrible job. The work he was suppose to do on my mouth was not going to work!!! He charged me for work he had not done and was steady calling… me in every week to do patch work on my mouth and I fell for it for a few months. Please go somewhere else!!!!! He is slow and horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three members of my household were seen by this dentist and each were told they all needed extensive work done. Really? Pure nonsense. We went to the dentist 4-5 months ago. No way our teeth could have gone from nice to yuck mouth with routine dental care in such a short period of time. What an insult. To add more fuel to the fire he sent head assistant to try to convince us the work was Really necessary. I think he just wants money. I will be getting a second opinion.

I love Dr. Dove and all his staff. I hate to go to the dentist but they make it as painless as possible. I'll always go see Dr. Dove.

I had a great experience at Dr. Dove Dentistry. They were very professional and nice. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone who asked me about it. They made the procedure pain-free and quick. It is very easy to make an appointment with them. They accommodated with my schedule. They worked me in even though I had problems making an appointment. They made it feel like we were all one big happy family and they made it seem like it wasn't all about money. They really only cared about your teeth and getting them to be as perfect as possible. I have been to multiple dentists and to find him was a blessing sent from God.
