so sorry that I need to leave the area, but Dr. Dulac has helped me a great deal!

I have not had the pleasure yet of meeting the doctor but while transitioning to this doctor because my other doctor retired they sent me out a stool kit. I drop the sample off to the doctors office and within two hours they called me back to let me know there was blood in my stool and they said they would get back to me and let me know what the doctor wants to do. A week went by and I had no answer. I called on the second week and they said they would get back to me and no one got back to me.I called and third week same results finally on the fourth week they didn’t get back to me and said that they would be setting up a colonoscopy appointment two days after that response I got a call from the doctors office saying that I would have to get the appointment myself that I haven’t been in to see the doctor yet and that they cannot reschedule my appointment they gave me the number to the colonoscopy center. I called and the Center told me that the only way I can get the appointment was… through the doctors office.I called back doctor Dulac office And express my concern and how this whole situation was being handled and the staff member Promptly piped up and said I only follow protocol maybe the protocol should come with a mission statement that says you actually have Care And concerned.

Dr. Dulac really listened to me and my symptoms, and he ordered the tests that found my tumor right away, and scheduled my surgery immediately. I am feeling great and greatful!
