I was super nervous after reading the reviews on here..do not listen to any of them! He was very caring and listened to my concerns. He is not arrogant at all and is very good at what he does.

For a pain management office, there seems to be a lack of understanding that for most it is a very real struggle to make and keep appointments. As a patient, most look to this group of doctor's to be our life line to the closest thing to normalcy we can get. So when doing our best to keep an appointment and are exactly at the 15 minute grace period after calling in to make them aware. We would appreciate not being turned away, as it does take some of us more time to even enter the office from the parking. On the regular we do understand and give this Doctor office at least a 15-30 minute wait everytime we are trying to be seen, yet the courtesy is not returned when we need it the most. I was a little nervous to see Dr Ferraro for my first back injections based on the reviews I read on this site. I am happy to report that Dr Ferraro was amazing! Dr Ferraro answered all my questions in a calm, thorough, professional way. I really appreciated how he talked me through each step while he was doing my back injections. If I ever have to go back for more (I've had two visits), I will not hesitate to see Dr Ferraro again. Great staff too.

I went with my husband for a pain shot in his back. Dr. Ferraro was arrogant and humiliated me, the wife, for not checking on my husband's medicine the previous week, and for dropping off a letter six weeks ago when my husband was there for a previous appt. Apparently, I should not have left the premises at all, but I did not know that. He chastised me as if I was a child instead of a 71 year caring wife who has her hands full and is also still working. He was very rude and embarrassed me in front of his nurse.

Trustworthy, very nice communication, Just a down right Dr. to have on yourside.

when you go in you will be drug tested which would not be a problem if the test was accurate... this doctor said i had drugs in my system other then what i said and then proceeded to send a letter to my doctor ... so he now has made it so that I cannot get meds or anything ... i wanted to see him and knew i was gonna be tested, so tell me why would i have drugs in my system... I have been tested at many other docs offices and never had a problem....BEWARE OF THEIR DRUG TESTS BECAUSE HE WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE!!!
