Dr. Joseph Clayton Finley, MD

I dont recommend Dr. Finely very long wait times over 90 minutes on numerous occasions. Doctor doesn't have any respect for people time. If you come make sure you bring lunch and dinner. I'll take my business elsewhere. Dr. Finley is very unprofessional with his patients waited over 40 minutes and stated I had to wait another hour. This unacceptable.

I suffered with sinus problems for numerous years. I am so appreciative of Dr.Finley and the staff for my positive experience.The staff was always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Finley was thorough and patient in evaluating my symptoms, explaining next steps to improve my condition, and answering my questions. As a result, I felt comfortable and confident going into my sinus turbinate reduction procedure. Dr.Finley and the team also provided support throughout the recovery process. Since the procedure, my breathing and overall sinuses have drastically improved. I, highly recommend Dr. Finley for all your ENT and procedures. Dr. Finley has miracle hands. Love it! ????????????

He overcharged my insurance for services that were not performed. His office never returned calls when asked for lab results and further advice for how to handle medical issues. Was very cold during initial visit and seemed uncaring. I recommend that everyone avoid this individual. I also see through some research that he has received at least one medical board or legal action.

He was nice during the first consultation but he grew out to be cold and condescending the more I saw him. He also does an awful job explaining his findings and results - it’s like it’s a burden for him to talk to me. Definitely switching doctors!

When i entered the office i was greeted with a smile and respect .when i went in to see dr finely he asked me questions right away diagnosed me and right away knew what was wrong did 2 procedures which relievd some of the ailments. I needed. Another test The. Secretary outside was efficient curtious all in all great doctor great people who work there who can ask for anything more

It was a like a bad dream, or worse yet a nightmare! I felt I wasn't worth his time. Don't waste your time or money ' seeing ' this ' so- called ' doctor!

He only gets one ' star ' because there's no room for a ZERO which is what he and is staff are. Bad service!

He was rude and condescending, so was Julia his secretary! They are both nasty as well made me feel like I was't worth their time! Advice, don't go there, find somewhere else, stay away!
