Dr. Joseph D. Fletcher, MD

Dr. Fletcher is a great listener and very thoughtful and thorough in his approach!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fletcher for many years, since 2000, when he discovered my colon cancer. He has continued to do my colonoscopies every five years since then. I find him to be very professional, attentive, a good listener, and very knowledgeable.

Personable, professional and efficient. Takes time to answer questions and eady to talk to.

Is Dr. Fletcher stil lin practice? Was told by his staff, some time ago, that he was retiring. I went to him several times for dilation of esophagus, and was left with very sore throat/esophgeal area which I had never experienced before when done by other doctors. I found him almost impossible to converse with and when asked a question, he merely turned and looked elsewhere, making me wonder if he possibly is hard of hearing. If I had not had extensive experience in medical field, I would have had no idea what the procedure was all about.

Very smart man, but he does not bother keeping patients in the loop. Keeps us waiting and waiting for info and news and I've had to basically harass the office staff to find out what is happening with my CD.

Do not go to this doctor or his PA. They lied about tests and refused to answer phone calls.

he told me i was crazy because i ask for my co pay back after he canceled a colon test . i said no i was not just depressed, what kind of real doctor would say that to a 10 year paitent of his. then had to argue with him to get money back for movi prep i just mixed up, thanks doc. see u in small claims court. u should be strip of ur licence for telling me im crazy~~~
