We drove into Houston to see Dr. Galati's PA and they are no longer at there website address. Good luck calling and getting someone on the phone to see where they are now located. You would think they could update the website. RIDICULOUS

"While Dr. Galati and his medical staff are good the office staff is beyond HORRIBLE. Today I was told it was cash pay only despite having two insurances! Representative from both insurance companies spoke to the office manager and explained that her system was incorrect. HER RESPONSE WAS TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT!!!!!!! I don't feel safe at this office based on her committing INSURANCE FRAUD!!! I wish I could say this was my only issue with them but I have spent alot of time chasing down improper billing from this office. PLEASE STAY SAFE AND GO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!!! updated - 1/5 Theresa the office manager called today regarding my review. She attempted to bully us into removing the reviews. "

The last several reviews are fake. The practice administrator now has her husband on here posting several fake reviews from different accounts since she got called out for posting her fake review. The practice is clearly hurting. Get off of Instagram Dr. Galati and respond to your patients.

I needed a liver doctor. Was already worried about my medical condition and didn't want to find ourselves traveling so far only to be disappointed. I am happy to say we made the right choice. Received email with paper work to fill out. A call the day before my appointment in preparation for my visit. We were there for about an hour and a half .. I needed an US. Thank you Dr. Galati and Team

Thank you Dr. Galati and staff for preparing me for my visit a couple of days before our travel. Beside manner of Dr. Galati is comforting and was very informative.

Dr. Galati cares more about his book and radio show than he does about actually treating patients—saving face on Instagram is his specialty! His turnover speaks for itself as he can’t hold on to staff. Several of these reviews are fake, including one from his office administrator who has her name spelled backwards on here. What a joke.
