Dr. Joseph Yusuf Gali, MD

My daughter is now an adult. Dr. Gali was her doctor from birth to 18 years old. Dr. Gali was the best doctor and the office staff was exceptional as well. Couldn't ask for better. I always felt reassured that my daughter would receive the best medical care.

As a doctor, doctor Gali was okay. Nothing special. The wait in his office was way too long for an infant or a baby. They always overbooked. Their bills never matched my insurance statements and they always had some bogus and strange explanations that did not make any sense. His staff was not very child-friendly and the billing lady was outright rude. I finally switched doctors. There are thousands of decent doctors out there, why put up with this?

Dr Gali is OK if you only use him for routine checkups and if you kids don't have any health issue. However from my experience he seems to have difficulties interacting with young children. He doesn't listen to the patient or respect my participation as a parent. Communication with Dr Gali is difficult as he never calls me back, all phone calls are relayed through his receptionist.

After reading an on-line review about this doctor's billing practice I re-examed the bill I just received from Dr Gali, I noticed an unauthorized items on my statement for a regular infant checkup.
