Dr Garza is the best Dr in San Antonio

Unlike some doctors you can really tell he guinely cares about his patients. Also very kind and gentle. Definitely a great doctor to have.

I’ve never had a problem with Dr Garza. I’m on baby number 2 with him and he is very informative.

Dr Garza was with me and my hubby throughout our entire Ivf and pregnancy loss. Our loss was his too but 6 months later we did another round of Ivf and twins were coming...He worked very close with my Ivf doctor in Mexico to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. His beside manners were outstanding. I felt very comfortable, he made us laugh at every visit-more like he was part of our family than our dr...the twins were 2 months early and had to stay in the NICU, he came to visit everyday and let us know what we could expect etc...I only have great things to say about him and dr Aiden...Just wish they were back on the southeast side of town!! The twins will be 10 years old next week!!

Had a Hysterectomy recently, he made the whole experience wonderful and practically pain free recovery. I never wait more than 10 min at his Stone Oak location, don't even get time to grab some of the office coffee. I was hesitant with these bad reviews initially but took my chance and couldn't be happier with this DR or his office!!

Dr. Garza induced me last week with my third baby. I have had a different doctor with all my deliveries and I can say Dr. Garza is amazing!!! He ordered my epidural early so I didn't have to go through much pain. He had a lot of ease about him as he did procedures effortlessly. I would recommend him to EVERYONE looking to ensure they have an attentive doctor who doesn't see the purpose in having his patients experience more pain they needed. At first, he was hard to establish a rapport with as he is very by the book and technical, however, my husband and I really grew to like him and appreciate him. Furthermore, EVERY nurse we came across (had a couple visits to L&D before delivery) LOVE him and really respect him. Additionally, his office NEVER made me wait more then 10 minutes or so. I have never experienced that in a doctors office, epically an OBGYN.

I was a patient of Dr.Garza for over a year and it was such a horrible experience. At first, as a new patient, I was given the royal treatment by having staff be nice and answer my questions. Once Dr.Garza ran numerous of tests and I was placed on treatment plan, It was down hill from there. Their staff was often "new" and would ask me "what are you here for?". Well as a patient spending so much money, you would think that they would have my medical record available and know what I was there for. When given an appointment, I would wait for over an hour and sometimes more because they over booked or the lab (for bloodwork) was not available, even after confirming my appointment. Everytime there was a concern or I had a problem, I would bring them up to Michelle, who was Dr.Garza's office manager, and she would come up with some excuse. When I would voice my concerns with Dr.Garza, he would apologize and seem like he did not want to hear it. I voiced my opinion and concerns so many times… (and in the emotional state - full of hormones!) that he refused to continue to treat me, in the middle of a very important part of my treatment that would determine if I would be able to get pregnant. My husband called and spoke with him directly, but he felt that his staff did not have to take all of my questioning. In other words, I was asking too many questions and that was just too much for them to handle. We contacted the Institude for Women's Health, but they refused to talk to us and send us to speak with their legal advisors, as if they were trying to intimidate us. It is so sad that a man like Dr.Garza, who is a specialist in fertility, toys with the emotions of so many women and families. If I could rate this doctor and his staff, it would be a total zero! My husband and I are now seeing Dr.Arredondo and RMA of Texas and there I am felt special and care for, with Dr.Arredondo and his staff answering all our questions and we have never seen an unhappy face.

He was a decent Dr til the last month if my pregnancy, which is why I never felt the need to change drs. He is very arrogant and its HIS way or the highway. I was bullied into a c-section I didn't need or want. I could go into SO many more details, but don't want to risk my anonymity. If I could go back in time and take legal action against him, I would. My experience with him as my OB made me never want to be pregnant again.
