Dr. Hamarnah work at this practice and he was great. However, the billing practices of this organization needs to be investigated. I selected this office because it's a Cigna in-network provider. This means that they have to charge CONTRACTED fees. I paid UPFRONT for a dental implant. Long story short, I was overcharged $857 plus the claims Cigna paid them. When the Office Mgr called me to tell me what my refund was I told her that I came up with different amount and wanted to send them my info based on Cigna's EOBs. She got very defensive and kept saying that she was sending her amount in mail to me. I stood my ground and sent my report to her. She had no choice but to agree with my number of $2,200 plus. So it makes me ask how many patients has this billing department overcharged and gotten away with it. After a few calls, I ended up having to scream over the phone at this woman. I had not been that angry in a very long time. Although I like Dr Hamarnah, I don't want… to have to go through this again. BEWARE!!!

No one can tell I have dentures, they do an awesome job ! Are you afraid of the dentist go so Dr. Giroux, hardly felt anything and I hate the dentist ! Hes great, believe that cuz it's hard to get me into a dentist chair ! Great job everybody in this office their all great !
