It felt like he was in a rush. Didn't feel like he was really listening. Didn't event let me finish telling him my complaints... No bedside manners.

Went into the ER with lateral knee pain that was 7/10. He had an x-ray done, which I thought wasn’t necessary, considering I knew it wasn’t bone pain. It felt like a ligament or tendon type of pain. Of course, nothing showed up on the x-ray, but wanted to give me a knee immobilizer and ibuprofen for inflammation/swelling, even though I told him I have inflammatory bowel disease and not supposed to be taking ibuprofen. I asked if I would be able to get an MRI, or an ultrasound to rule out iliotibial band syndrome, and he flat out dismissed it. He didn’t care about any other possible diagnoses and was rushing me out. I didn’t ask for any painkillers or anything. I just want a diagnosis, and how to fix it; not a band-aid. He lacks empathy, and consideration.

I went to the ER for a miscarriage. I knew I had one but I was having pain so I went in. Anyway, all the did was bloodwork and a urine test. I was there for hours. I got kicked out of the room for other patients, which was understandable, they needed it more. However, all he did was interview me, then came back for 30 seconds maybe, literally just said "you're negative." that is all. I asked if he could explain the results as they did do bloodwork. His response was "no, I can't, you have to go to another doctor for that." There was another female doctor walking around that spent way more time with us and not only that, but was a lot more thorough and provided me with much more information. Now, he is trying to charge me more than a level 4 visit (their prices are listed on the website). He is charging me more than a level 4 for only doing bloodwork and reading a piece of paper he handed to me saying "negative." Along with that he handed me pages on pages of results. Yet, based on his… words, he was not able to explain them to me. Avoid this doctor by all means. I am not even going to get into the health issues I am having now from that situation.
