Dr. Joseph Michael Gonzalez-Campoy, MD

I find the office staff as well as Dr, Mike excellent in their communication as well as their care. They are very encouraging and look at health as part of the big picture. It is a larger concept of living a healthy life than this # or that blood test. Because of Dr. Gonzalez, I am living a better quality of life.

Like other posts, I have been here now twice and both times waited over an hour. The clinic is rundown, receptionists are not personable or nice- very short and rude at times(unprofessional). A picture of a minor on your phone is creepy. All diplomas are way out dated....I did ask to see the current one and I was told I’m sure it’s here somewhere...

I'm surprised people rated this center and this amazing doctor so low, what kind of doctors are they looking for? Dr.Gonzalez is VERY professional, he is the best listener ever and takes patient's concerns seriously. He loves to help people and he KNOWS how to do that. Dr.Mike can diagnose, prescribe meds,but also give wise advice how to change the bad habbits to reach your goals. Waiting time is about 15 minutes. Nurses and receptionists are always nice and polite. Maybe people get back what they give to others? Highly recommend this clinic and this doctor. I'm his patient since 2016.

He told me that I was "sleep eating" and for me to lose weight he was going to give me stimulants. I have a pituitary disorder that no matter what I eat (or don't in this case) I will gain weight. It will be fixed with growth hormone replacement, in which I am void of. Continuing with him would have been a nightmare.

Best doctor I have ever seen. Actually cares what you have to say and makes you a part of your treatment.

I felt really relieved after my first appointment- even with the 2 hour plus wait time. I felt like I was going to get the guidance and support I need to lose weight. Appointment #2 (scheduled months in advance) I arrived to find out the doctor was out of town yet yet no one contacted me about cancelled/ rescheduling. Appointment #3 Dr. Gonzalez took my picture and entered my cell number into his phone with my picture telling me to call him directly anytime for med refills or any needs. I was creeped out but went back for appointment #4. (And waited 2+ hours... stating I had another appointment schedule for 3 hours after this one). I really took a good look around and I will not be going back. I don’t believe that all permits and registrations are up to date- in the nine scanning room the permit expired in 2015. Dr. Gonzalez’s diploma hanging states 2000 and expires in 3 years. It doesn’t feel right there- something is definitely “off.” I will be looking for services elsewhere. It’s… definitely discouraging but I believe I’ve been given enough signs to know this isn’t the right fit for me.

He is awful, his staff is even worst and you will not truly be helped for the special needs that are endocrinology based.

Probably won't go back. Had to wait for the Dr. for nearly 90 minutes- bear in mind, I had to fast for this appointment, so I was hungry and rather irritable by the time he graced me with his prescience.

I can relate to everything written in the May 22 review, waiting for 3 hours to be seen, lab reports that were confusing even to the dietician, forgetting to call in my meds to the pharmacy, someone taking my blood pressure who couldn't tell me what normal blood pressure reading is and then finding her at the front desk behind a computer the next time. Feeling uncomfortable around the doctor due to unprofessional behavior. As per the previous reviewer, I don't know why I continue to go there other than it's close, I like the dietician and I get my meds (when they remember to call them in to the pharmacy). It's a weird place! The only really professional person seems to be the dietician.

Awful arrogant and rude. Do not waste your precious time with this doctor or any provider at MNCOME.
