Dr. Joseph Edward Grady, MD

I have seen this Dr several times over a 6 year time frame, he tells different stuff on each of my IME reports. And yes I believe he is paid off by the state. Tells lies about how your exam went, it went completely different on the written report than the physical exam went. I just don’t understand how this man is allowed to have the final say on paper of your condition!!!! He sucks!!!!

I was very disappointed in the examination I was given by Dr. Grady. This is the 2nd IME that I received my Dr. Grady. The first was back around 2014 and the 2nd just recently. He does not list information correctly. He says one thing but puts something completely different on paper for the insurance company. He seems to be a "company" doctor, all the way. He does not seem to be there for the truth. He actually put words down that I did not say. He did not examine my hand but indicated on paper I had no issues with the hands. He even indicated that he thought I was not able to go back to work but on paper he indicated I could go back even though the regular comp doctor I go to has indicated differently. The insurance company is wanting to do by Dr. Grady and his 30 minute exam. Did he make anyone else change their pants to put on the paper shorts? I had to do it both times. The one time was when I injured my foot. I have not idea why I needed to wear the thin, paper shorts and bend… over as far as possible while he stood right behind me. He is very rude and in my opinion not professional. Has anyone else had any issues with him during their exam? If so, please contact me.

This was the second time Comp sent me to this Dr. Out of the 3 other IME Dr's I had to go to. The first time I saw him, he said that I definitely needed to have injections and if injections didn't work, I would need to have surgery. Well, Comp must've paid him off good, because during my battle with comp, I had a 26% disability rating from two IME Dr's. And,Grady gave me a 3% the second time I saw him in my final fight with comp. While in my IME office visit with Grady, he said I'd never get any better than what I was now because it had been two years since my work injury at the school. I have a cervical spine injury from my C3-C-6. Comp has refused to do a surgery on me, therefore, my neck bulges up with bulging discs as well, making my everyday life miserable. I can no longer lift or use my right arm as I used to, due to nerve damage. Dr. Grady is a Quack and is paid off well by worker's Comp!

I was sent to this guy by my comp insurance provider. I didn't even wanna be in the rundown area of town in which the office was located, let alone enter the building. There were weeds growing on the front of the building. No a/c in the building. Don't know what he is doing with all the money comp providers is paying him, but it's definitely not going into his so-called practice.

STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM HIM!! I went an seen him in Bridgeport wv an the place is a run down building that looks like its been abandoned for yrs...an his office looks just as bad...well wouldn't really call it an office...workers comp sent me here an yes I took pics..no amt of me telling you how this place looks can do justice from the pics I took...there is two chairs in the lil corner (that they call office) where you walk in to sit...it reminds you of a building in a horror movie where you go in but don't come back out!!! But he is a workers comp dr an he is PAID to say your fine...go back to work...guess now is when the lawyer will take over...I would NOT recommend him if I was pd to do so. Wish I cld post my pics for allllll to see!! UNFREAKIN REAL...that they give ppl like this a license to tell us we are fine when we can barely walk across the floor...I can only hope that one day he will feel the same pain an will have EVERYTHING taken from him including his income an is left with… nothing!!

I was born disabled. But i worked till i no longer could. Was put on disability over 2 yrs ago. Then went to see in my opinion a biased in house doctor. Paid by the state maybe???. Who says im fine. Can do guard duty... guards have to run!!! I CAN'T?.?. So he took away my income for me. THANKS DOC!!! Now how am i to survive... cant barely walk!!! If i could b workin now. I would be... not living like this... this doctors words took everything from me... I DONTE RECOMEND!!!
