The smartest and kindest doctor I have ever seen. His staff is also the best you can find. DX is SLE and I have been with Dr. Joe for 20 years. They "got it all together" and you won't find a better place to feel safe and taken care of.

I've seen Dr. Joe for over 20 years and don't think he's EVER listened to a word I've said. Example: told him my thumbs were hurting for years.... from across the room WITHOUT examining me told me it was tendonitis... found out years later after much pain and destruction of muscles it's been arthritis the entire time! That is just ONE example. Many others but won't go into them all.... has never bothered to look into anything... if it didn't show up immediately in blood work... his motto... look no further!

Dr. Grisanti is a one of a kind doctor. He is brilliant, kind and compassionate. He patiently listens and processes what you tell him, and he thoroughly explains his thoughts and plans to you. You know you are in good hands and you never feel rushed out the door during an appointment. I wouldn't trade him for any other rheumatologist. I am glad I was fortunate enough to become a patient of his.

This doctor is one of the finest I've ever met. In addition to being extremely smart, he listens intently and does hurry me out the door like so many other doctors. He is very easy to talk to and his advice has been spot on, every single time. I highly recommend this doctor. Note: His north towns office has moved to a larger facility at 3500 Sheridan Drive, Williamsville, NY 14221. They left the Sweet Home Road office over two years ago.
