Dr. Joseph Stephen Guerrero, MD

Head Director (Joseph Guerrero) needs to be replaced! Seriously has a Lack of drive and passion to diagnose patients properly. Guerrero had the audacity to tell me what area of my hand should be hurting or not hurting. WTH?? Showed him my pinky and ring finger inflammation and he just said " I dont know, did it look like that before"? No sir, my left and right fingers looks totally different and anyone with an eye could of seen it. He didn't have the common respect to review my chart before seeing me, as he knew nothing about my conditions and what areas were hurting. Also I said PT was making it worse and maybe it was arthritis? He shut me off by saying your too young for that. Really Dr.?!? Arthritis can start from any age and could be further progressed by joint injury or repetitive joint stress from overuse! (He should review google and case studies. I swear google these days are better than human doctors, and the reason telehealth is replacing the lazy). I finally asked,… "perhaps its because I'm crouched on my computer 8-10 hours a day and need a standing desk?" He told me he wont get involved with HR even if he thinks it due to bad position of my elbow and hands, because then my HR will contact him. OMG... SIGH, he is scared my HR contacting him for a legitimate tool that may alleviate my pain and prob. needed for my daily work? Just so you know my company has a stock pile of standing desks and a simple Dr. recommendation would of suffice. His Ego=Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.... REALITY.... His ACTUAL Compentency= Rite Aid Minute Clinic. I come from a family of Dr's and nurses in Korea, this guy should be reported for malpractice telling me my fingers aren't suppose to hurt?!??! That's the main reason why I came to your office! Only reason for the extra star is for the front desk staff and Dr. Hanson. They were great and professional ! Most importantly knew about patient service and didn't pull an "I'm the director here!" high-horse crap.
