Dr. Joseph Gulino, MD

Dr. Joseph Gulino has nearly two decades of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. He specializes in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, screen time “addiction,” and childhood misbehavior. Dr. Gulino offers psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle-change counseling, and other highly effective treatments for common mental health disorders and challenges. He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both adult and child psychiatry and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association as well as the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
