Dr. Joseph Reagan Gussler, MD

Horrifying. This guy did not show one ounce of concern that I was completely blind in one eye. He was in and out in 30 seconds explained nothing, and wouldn’t answer any questions. His personal staff is rude, and the so called “Eye Institute’s” staff is rude as well. I’m disgusted that I wasted my time and money and received no care.

He spent about five minutes in the room and did not make any attempt to speak to the patient. He mumbled his findings to his nurse, looked at his patient, and said "Do you have any questions?". When I asked if surgery was an option for the patient, he stated, "I don't know, you'll have to ask another doctor". We left!!

When you’re already stressed over your eye issues, the least you need is someone talking to you in a rude and arrogant manner. I was also rushed—he spent no more than 2 minutes with me after I waited for almost 30 minutes for my appointment. His nurse is very nice though.

My surgical procedure went off without a hitch and it was enjoyable visiting with Dr. Gussler during my time in the chair
