TOCA is a large BUSINESS. You will just be a number and a $ to them. They have ABSOLUTELY NO personal care. Its nearly impossible to get anything done over the phone, such as passing on a message or getting your pain medication for your broken hand.Things get lost in the system continuously. Took over a week to get my tramadol for my broken hand. They seem to bite off more than they can chew and just herd everyone through like cattle. God help you if you need any special attention from these people. This might as well be an automated service. A really expensive one at that. Do your research in the area and look around. Dont let their 70+ years of "cattle herding" experience cloud your judgment. You won't even see one of those highly qualified doctors anyway, just one of their freshly picked up assistants who is also being "herded" through to be a doctor somewhere else with his own pyramid scheme structure. Peoples health shouldnt be treated this way. They were so bad that I actually… cancelled my service with them halfway through and went to another orthopedic specialist to finish my casting. I seriously cannot put this into any kind of relatable measurement as to how bad this experience was. Your health is nothing to play with and bones are pretty set when they're done, dont let these incompetent swindlers wreck you like they did me.

Dr. Haber performed hand surgery on my left hand in 1995 at the St Paul Hand clinic..i had a piece of pipe fall on my hand and ended up with multiple fractures in my hand.. after the surgery and being examined by other Drs, in the office i did not realize how fortunate i had been to have Dr. Haber as my surgeon.. i am so thankful for Dr Haber and all of his staff.. with the exception of my pointer finger which i can not quite make into a complete fist (95% complete). I would highly recommend Dr Haber and his staff for any issue you might have.

I have been searching for a hand surgeon for over a year and happened to find Dr a Haber as he took my Medicare. After reading several reviews I almost cancelled my appointment as they were not favorable to the doctor nor the staff. The office was busy when I arrived. The staff was very efficient and were very pleasant. Dr a Haber was very professional and seemed competent and knowledgeable about my condition. I am now waiting for a call from the office to schedule surgery and will post my experience with the staff and Dr Haber.

I was uncertain about surgery but after trying everything I went back to Dr. Haber. When we met in his office again he looked up from his desk, with an understanding smile, and asked, "Are you ready now?" My reply was, "Yes I am". After just a few short weeks I'm back to doing the things I love pain free. Thank you Dr. Haber for your outstanding work and understanding. Sincerely, Gina

Dr Haber is a great doctor, he is very caring and patient. I was very emotional when I met with him, I didn't have many options left. He didn't make me feel rushed, he answered all of my questions and explained my options in detail.

Dr. Habers PA is also very good.

I actually didn't see Dr. Haber, but saw his PA, Brad who was very good, patient and pleasant.

Dr.Hebar is the worst Doctor I have ever seen..Very arrogant and absolutely does not care about you. My hand is basically gone.I can't believe that in this day and time that we have horrible doctors like this one. I hope he would treat his mother better

Stay away from this doctor he has no bed side manner and has a habit of talking down to his patients and refuses to discuss what is really wrong. Being a workman comp case I would never recommend this guy to anyone. After surgery never speaks to the family in the waiting room and is very arrogant!! I am now in the process of seeing a new doctor to get my hand fixed the right way. So if you have a choice stay away from him Oh and his final suggestion to me was learn to live with it.
