I recently was referred to Dr. Hart for vascular surgery after medical testing revealed a carotid body tumor growing in my neck. I can’t thank Dr. Hart enough for his medical knowledge and expert surgical skills. Dr. Hart successfully removed the tumor from my carotid artery and delicately manipulated it off a nerve that was also impacted by location/growth of the tumor – thereby saving the nerve and avoiding subsequent complications to the functioning of my eye-lid area. He is top-notch in his field of medicine and I highly recommend Dr. Hart to others in need of a vascular surgeon for medical treatment.

I had surgery on my carotid artery in 2010. Dr. Floyd was the attending physician. She was excellant.. I have had to return to Vascular Care yearly for carotid scans. This is a practice so I see different physicians each year. Today after my scan I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Hart to discuss my yearly scan. I spent 45 minutes waiting to go into his office. Once in there I spent close to an hour before he entered the exam room. Two individuals who worked there contacted him concerning my wait time. When he finally entered the exam room he made it clear i was wasting his time. He spent the next number of minutes blaming the office staff for scheduling me to see him. It was obvious he knew nothing about my exam nor did he care to. I had to inform him of why I was there, had to explain the results of my sonargram and self diagnose any issues. He then asked if I understood this and if I had any questions! I had limited information on the scan since I was told the physician would go… over this with me.

Dr Har is wonderful. I can not say enough about his staff also. His secretary, Mandie, is a god send and every other md should be jealous that they don't have her!
