Dr. Joseph Marvin Hassman, DO

I seen DR Joe today and he was the best.He did not rush me and he was very concern and caring about what was wrong with.I am so glad there is a doctor like him,who cares about his patients

I went there as a first-time patient in 2008 and was horrified at the waiting room. It resembled an assembly line. I forgot the name of the sons , who are also doctors, but one of them was obnoxious.. with his $200 haircut and tried to sell me supplements. I informed him that if I were interested in supplements, I would get them on ebay, not from him. He was all about money. Rude, impatient, etc. I did like Joseph Hassman, on our visit, and he gave me alot of time, however, the staff are a nightmare and at the time, the office manager was an ugly woman, inside and out, who gave me a hard time and sent me a nasty letter, which I refused. I wouldn't go to this doctor's office if i were dying. Wasn't surprised to read that Hassman had been in trouble before for sexual escapades with his patients and giving prescription drugs. There is just something very tacky about this office. stay away

The staff at his office in Berlin NJ has a very unprofessional staff, the LPN that works with Dr. Joseph Hassman, is also very unprofessional, she talks to patiens very nasty, pretending to be the DR if Dr. Joseph Hassman is allowing her to do what he should be doing and that is taking care of the patients then I feel that the LPN honestly has no reason to be in the medical care with her uncaring manner that she expresses to allot of patients.This DR at one time was the best there ever was, but now you can't even get him to call you back. For His LPN rules his practice of which this I know is illegal she just became an LPN. It is so Sad to See a Good DR. turn away from his patients and make them feel as if he does not want to take care of them.

Dr. Joe is actually a decent doctor. His staff absolutely sucks. Try and get a call back from a doctor or anyone there. God forbid if you have a problem...you would get faster attention in the ER. Stay away. They only see $$$ not the patient.
