He diagnosed my son with DMD and wish he would upgrade the computer of where he went from Fishkill practice. Nobody there seems to know where he went. Wish to send him a letter on how Dr Higgins is the most caring doctor when it comes to kids and treats everyone with respect, kids and their parents and he talks to them not at them. So if there is anyway someone can find this doctor some how, please tell him to update the computer. Thanks!!!!!

Dr. Higgins is personable, calming and gave us the time and caring personal attention that was needed to help with my challenging 6 year old. I feel more confident and on the right track thanks to Dr. Higgins straight forward, logical approach.We look forward to his guidance in the next couple of months and hope that 1-2-3 Magic works as well as we think it will.Thanks!

Never have a met a doctor that not only took the time to explain my child's condition and possible solutions to address the child's needs, but Dr. Higgins did this with a compassion that many professionals lack. I am very impressed!
