I can always depend on professional care on my visits. Very thorough, explain what they do so I understand. Been going for years, never disappointed.

Spent extra time to perform and explain the examination and evaluation of my current condition. He referred me for additional treatment.

It is great to have a professional that you trust looking after your health interest. This is a busy office but they are timely once you get an appointment.

Five stars for both Dr. Horne and the staff at Pacific Eye in Paso Robles.

I was disappointed in my interaction with Dr. JH. When I tried to learn about the possibility of a new finding (as I was referred back to Dr. JH by Dr. A after my post op visit) Dr. JH responded that this wasn't the time to talk as he was busy trying to determine what might be going on. Then Dr. JH let me know he was frustratied as I needed to give him consistant readings. When he finished the measurements and notes, I thought I would be allowed to ask questions. Dr. JH did not invite me to ask any questions and instead walked me out the exam room door, to the computer, gave me the papers with the prescription and said good-bye. I have seen Dr. JH a couple of other times over the years for regular refraction exams and found him to be reasonable. I was quite surprised by my treatment today. Perhaps I need to see a different practitioner?

He is thorough, professional, patient, and genuinely a fantastic eye doctor! I don't trust anyone else with my vision.

The office was extremely busy however the office staff was very pleasant & efficient. Wait time was minimal & Dr Horne was extremely thorough, kind & knowledgeable while explaining his findings in detail during my exam. Great experience overall!
