This office was great. Everyone was friendly and easy to interact with. They also didn't try to sell me stuff I don't need. It's sad that I even have to make that statement; but it really stands out after other offices I went to.

I was scared to go to a new Dr. But check in was very easy my son helped me and the girls at the desk was so kind and offered to help us also. I am not good with computers. My son is but it was so awesome to have the front check in staff to care about us. I had a few test done and the girl that did that was awesome and so kind. I was very neverous. She made me feel better. I liked Dr. Johnson, he was very professional and answered all my questions and very kind and caring. I left feeling better about my eyes. Thank you all for making it a relaxing but professional experience. I would recommend your office to others.

I was called the day before my appointment and asked if I wanted to move up my appointment in April to March ( waiting list). I was able to make the new appointment with no problem. Upon arrival the check in kiosk was easy to use and I was called back for my appointment with in 10 mins. Dr Johnson was very polite and informative. All the staff were very helpful, polite, and professional. The office was also very clean.

Dr. Johnson was terrific. I moved to the area in May and my new primary doctor told me I needed to have my eyes checked yearly. It had been 2 1/2 years. Glad I went. Dr. Johnson discovered I had a cataract in my left eye and sent me to their Carrollton office for a follow up visit. He was right. A month later I had the surgery and it was successful. Had a follow up visit with Dr. Johnson and he was pleased the results were good and said my eyes looked really good. I'll go back in 6 months. Dr. Johnson is very thorough in his explanation after he exams your eyes. You will know exactly what is going on and what next steps there are, if any. He always makes you feel at ease and builds trust that his diagnosis is correct and his recommendations are in your best interest. I'm happy Dr. Johnson is my Optometrist.

After having back to back retina, detachment surgeries, and being faced with having it again for the third time, I decided to go see Dr. Johnson and have him evaluate my eye and the proposed procedure that would be performed by the surgeon that had done my first two surgeries. I felt so much better after talking with him and much more comfortable with the plan moving forward. Dr. Johnson is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. His calm demeanor and his extensive knowledge is very reassuring that I’m getting the best care. I also appreciate his willingness to spend adequate time with me to make me feel more comfortable about what lies ahead.
