Dr. Jorizzo is an incredibly gifted doctor and a warm and caring man. He treated my husband years ago for pemphigus and we were continually impressed with the level of care. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you. Jane Connerty

Hard to describe the stupidity, arrogance, and cruelty. He starts at "first do harm," and that's pretty much where he stops too.

This Joseph L Jorizzo is a quack and charlatan. He should have his license revoked. Not only was he incapable of coming close to diagnosing a common condition for which is listed as his specialty, he had the audacity to prescribe potent and toxic medication to be used in direct contradiction to the warnings on the medication inserts. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

Dr Jorizzo is a doctor with a heart . He is the most amazing Dermotilogist and always putting his patients first. The work needs more doctors like him. He is truly one of a kind .

Very educated and down to earth even with a fella like myself trying to get a lot of big dirty fish out of our pond s so the other good fish of all sizes can live and feed in a cleaner more happier pound . Avoid this doctor at all costs. Condescending and inconsiderate from start to end. Don’t hold your breath, he will leave no time to answer your questions. He will push his agenda the whole time. Find another dermatologist if you can who can provide all treatment options while providing patient centered care.

I have been waiting for a referral to start immunoglobulin fusion for weeks. This always gets sidetracked to C.J. For follow-up, and nothing happens beyond that. The hospitals wait for a fax or notification from his office, and to date it stalls here.

I was very disappointed in this doctor. He barely looked at my problem area and told me if it got worse, I could call on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and he would see me then. He prescribed a medicine for me to take which was completely un- related to my problem, and which I did not feel was safe for me to take. Said to make an appointment to return in two to three months. I did not do so and do not plan to see him again. I feel he was very unprofessional and did not spend any time (about 9 - 10 mins) with me. His office staff all seemed to be very nice and were helpful. I do hope he reads the bad comments some people have written and will take steps to improve his attitude.

Dr Jorizzo is a wonderful doctor. He was the one the other doctor brought in to originally diagnose me with scabies- scabies i got from being in a hospice with a dying loved one. HE diagnosed me and was also the doctor who told me i am now all clear. His compassion, knowledge and also empathy is a gift. Also his skill as a Dr is the tops. I have not had many good experience with doctors. I have lived with a chronic illness for many years so have been to many, and sometimes even a doctor treating one coldly can be damaging to one's psyche. But Dr. Jorizzo is caring and skilled. He also showed compassion over my dads passing and all i had been through from then getting scabies- a good guy.
