I'm so sorry. I thought this was Dr Juliano in Webster NY. I'm very sorry for this mistake,

We have been going to Dr Juliano since our dentist retired a few years ago. He told my son that he had a cavity. My son went for a second opinion - no problems with any of his teeth. Dr Juliano told my husband that he needed a tooth pulled. My husband went for a second opinion - again no problem with any of his teeth. I went to a new dentist to find that I had 5 old fillings that needed to be replaced. One filling was so worn that it cracked and there was decay under the filling. Dr Juliano never caught this. We go to the dentist every 6 months. When Julianos office called us to make an appointment, my husband told them we have a new dentist. A few minutes later, Julianos office calls us and says we owe them $190.00 !!! WE haven't been to Juliano for almost one year. We have dental insurance and NEVER received a bill from them. When my husband asked what the bill was for, he was told services. They couldn't tell what service !! They wanted the money paid, so my husband paid them.… That was a mistake because I'm sure we don't owe them anything!!! WE never heard about owing any money till we told them we left them !! They said they will send a copy of the bill in the mail - hasn't come yet and I'm sure it won't now. I have and will continue to tell everybody I know about our experience with Dr juliano. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!
