He finished his one-year general practice residency at Moncrief Army Hospital in Fort Jackson, S.C. and his endodontic residency at Eisenhower Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Ga. A published author, Dr. Jurcak is a member of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics, American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. With 15 years experience as an endodontist, Dr. Jurcak is board certified by the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Jurcak spent 21 years as a dental officer in the U.S. Army and was an instructor in the Army’s one-year general practice residency program for seven years. In July 2000, he retired with the rank of Colonel.
