Dr. Joseph S Kozlowski, DO

Dr. Koz has been my primary care physician for nearly 45 years. I was sad to see that he was finally retiring. He was always spot on with his diagnosis. His bedside manner always made me feel comfortable. He showed genuine concern for me, medically and personally. My children have used him in the past and 1 that is still in the area used him right up to his retirement. I watched him as he trained various students as he imparted his family practice knowledge to them.

Orders unnecessary tests and never reviews the results with the patient. Spends very little time during consults and leaves most of the time for med students. I’d never trust this physician with anything more than a cold and a request for quick treatment that could be administered by an Nurse Practitioner.

Drd, Joe is n excellent diagnosticin and does not prescribe exccess medicine or order excess tessts othr thanthose to acccurately find out problem

Does not keep accurate records, fails to offer basic health screens. Is not current on treatment and prescribing practices.Lies about the issues to cover up his mistakes. Not caring or trust worthy. Save your time ,money ,health ,and potentially your life. Look for someone else.

Dr. Kozlowski has a temper. Rather than investigate and do his due dilligence, he has the audacity to assume his initial diagnosis is correct and NO ONE can question it. Second opinion was correct and my issue resolved, however, my primary physician should have been open to input. Changed doctors, and you should too. Dr. Kozlowski is laughed at by many of his peers.
