Stained furniture (what liquids are those stains anyway?) Stained carpet Furniture is torn on the arm rests and at the feet. If this is as filthy as it looks?...How clean are his instruments, blood pressure monitor and stethoscope. What kind of doctor would allow his office and exam rooms to look like this? Maybe his own home looks like this? Even his nurse said that they’ve been trying to make changes for years. They’ve had meetings about it, but he still won’t replace the furniture. We left w/ out getting an exam and why would we want one from him anyway? Dr Lopez told us to “ get out of here” after we asked him about why he had the grungy exam room. Honestly we didn’t even want to sit in the chairs. We felt like we had to wash our hands after leaving his office. I took photos because we couldn’t believe a doctors office could or would ever look like this.

Dr. Joseph Francisco Lopez is really great. Mellow, laid back easy going, very personable guy! He really knows his stuff when it comes to cardiology and it shows. His nurses, cheerful, young gals for the most part are really great! He moved over from Suite D to the front Suite A. While the waiting room gets crowded, his staff does a great job of getting you into an exam room very quickly. The problem is the woman at the front office....Elsa. I've seen her chew people out on the phone, deny people appointments and talk down to old seniors. She never smiles, she's always complaining and just has a sour demeanor about her. Dr. Lopez, PLEASE FIRE THIS WOMAN!!!
