We met Dr. Mally too late in my fathers illness but upon meeting Dr. Mally we found a professional willing to spend the time and testing to reach a diagnosis for symptoms we had been managing from one Dr to the next without any ever helping find the root cause for 3.5 years. By the time we met Dr. Mally my Dad was so sick and so weak but Dr. Mally provided the expertise to test and diagnose, and then gave us the most difficult news with heart and the utmost compassion and real options and hope. While treatments didn’t help we knew a cure simply cannot come for all. In the most difficult days loving and caring for my father, Dr. Mally and team demonstrated the best care for my Dad, concern, patience, a sense of humor and understanding that provided us the strength to move to comfort care which can be such a difficult decision.
