Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible, rude and unprofessional office manager. Temperamental and immature staff - go anywhere else

Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I submitted a complaint to their office and she actually called me after she received it to argue with me. Never seen such unprofessional behavior. She needs a new job because she obviously isn’t happy with her current one.

I recently saw Dr. Margarone for an extraction and implant replacement. The office was clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the doctor explained everything to me. The actual surgery was done quickly and efficiently and the implant was much easier than I thought. I highly recommend Dr. Margarone.

I went to Dr.Margarone and on my very first visit the office manager there was very unprofessional and rude. It made me so uncomfortable I started not to keep my appointment but I figured she was having a bad day. Then upon encountering her 3 weeks later she was just as rude talking over me telling me how she has over 50 charts and if my care is that important I can pay 2000 or go somewhere else mind you I been waiting a month for her to put my insurance through all while dealing with a tooth ache that is keeping me awake every night. I would never recommend this dentist based on the office manager alone.

My 85 year old dad was in a rather severe accident and injured his mouth/teeth along with breaking his nose and arm. Left a lengthy message over the weekend for Dr Margarone to no avail. No call back, no follow up. He was told at the hospital he would have to see an oral surgeon. My follow up on Wed was met with resistance and unwillingness to schedule an appt. A very disjointed office with no leadership from the Doctor.
