Been bringing my 97 year old father for past 1 1/2 years, who has multiple lesions pop up. Their office staff is very pleasant and the doctor takes care of the issue at hand, knowing it is an event to get my dad there. Very pleased!!

Little Man with a very BIG Ego . I had 3 sites , 1 behind my ear lobe, and 2 smaller than an Eraser Cysts on my lower right back section. I had to go to the Outpatient Facility for this. Extra fees for that probably. One cysts got worse because a month later I had to go back and a Stitch was left in. There were 4 to remove. The reason why it would not heal properly . These 3 sites cost over $3000.00 . My Insurance covered half. I'm left with the rest . They have been calling and threatening to send to a Collection's Agency. This is right in the middle of the PANDEMIC Covid-19 . I'm Retired and the DOW and S&P are 25% lower than a year ago. McKeown is sorta a Hack, He jokes over the cutting and suturing procedure with his Assistant. Dangles the Cyst in front of you so you can see it. This procedure could easily be done in office. But the West End Office has the Big Lights and Sterile Operating Room fees I guess. 3 Grand for the issues that I could have lived with is way out of line..

Awesome Doctor

Worst doctor I have ever met in my life. Doing the job for the money, not a care in the world for patient. Lack of knowledge on treatments and procedures. Look somewhere else for care.
