Dr. Joseph Britton Milholm, DDS

Nobody really wants to have a root canal, but this office makes it a bit less stressful. Dr. Milholm was professional and worked quickly and with confidence. The dental assistant working with him knew exactly what tools were needed and when and she worked quickly also. He and his staff were friendly (and even give patients a warm, lemon-scented washcloth to wipe their faces upon departure.) He answers questions and informs you what has been done and what to expect. I highly recommend this office. My only disappointment is that the State of TN has switched from Delta Dental to MetLife, so it was not "in-network" for me. I would still prefer to have the work done in this office. This was my second root-canal here. I also enjoyed the peaceful hymns that were playing (singing lyrics in my head to stay calm during the procedure) and the "Fixer-upper" decorating ideas I gained from the TV over my head. The offices, both in Cleveland and Ooltewah, are also decorated nicely.
