Joseph Alexander Louro Murphy, DO

Dr. Murphy was born and raised in North Carolina. He received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at North Carolina State University in Raleigh. He earned his medical degree at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Buies Creek, North Carolina. Dr. Murphy then moved to Colorado, where he completed a Family Medicine Residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. His clinical interests include diabetes care, behavioral health, sports medicine, osteopathic manipulation, joint injections, and preventive care.“Developing relationships built on trust and understanding allows for compassionate, thorough care. I look forward to developing a team-based approach with my patients that acknowledges their individual needs while being an advocate for their health.”Dr. Murphy met his wife during medical school and completed their residency training together.
