He is very good at explaining what procedures need to be done and why. He listens and answers any questions that I may have with real concern. He is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor that cares for his patients. At the conclusion of each visit he asks if he can have a word of prayer. This is the most amazing and caring thing to me. I wish this doctor knew the impact this has on me and I know it has the same impact on his other patients too. His expertise and knowledge touch my eyes and his prayers touch my heart and soul. Amazing man.

I really like Dr Newman, but I feel that he is over booked sometimes and if an emergency comes up his patients have to wait up to an hour after appointment time. He is though a very good Ophthalmologist and he seems like he is really concerned about your care.
