Joseph Manuel Ortiz, MD

Dr. Joseph Ortiz is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has dedicated over five decades to caring for patients with eye conditions and vision disorders. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed extensive specialized training, including residencies at Yale New Haven Hospital and the prestigious Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
