Been seeing Dr. Pena for over a year now, starting with IUI and when I decided to switch to IVF he was more than accommodating. Amazing bedside manner, caring, and determined to create the family we were so desperate for. Will always recommend anyone who might need fertility services directly to him.

I was very impressed with my experience at RMALI in east patchogue. Dr Pena and the staff were welcoming and efficient. Dr. Pena was very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained my treatment plan clearly and made sure I understood everything. I felt like I was in great hands from the very first consult. Morning monitoring was always quick, easy and well organized.If I ever had a question or concern I could email dr. Pena at any time and he would respond quickly with a phone call. Sometimes the journey to motherhood is long and hard but Dr. Pena and his staff made it easier.

From the very beginning I had a thorough experience with RMA in Patchogue - first by talking to Karen on the phone. She was the one who told me my insurance started offering Progny, that they take it and to inquire about my benefits. I never thought about IVF or anything like that due to the cost but with the information from Karen I found out I had 100% coverage and after my 2nd transfer I am pregnant from an egg donor we chose from their local egg bank. Dr. Pena had always called me directly to discuss my questions, even twice in one day when I thought of more questions. My coordinator Gabby was always fast to respond aa well as Stephanie in billing. They broke down all of my options and were always kind and supportive with anything I wanted to do. I came here after 4 losses from another fertility place on the island where it was more like a mill and I felt like cattle. Here, it definitely felt more personal and less pressure. The nurses in the OR were also very nice and overall… for being in this type of stressful situation, it was definitely reassuring to have a thorough team. Each location is a little different and I liked my experience at Patchogue the best. Usually in and out where I could get to work on time since they open early. I definitely recommend Dr. Pena and the staff at RMA!

Dr. Pena has been nothing but kind and professional throughout my fertility journey. He is knowledgeable and has made this whole process more manageable.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pena and the entire team. They always made me feel like more than just another patient and I never felt rushed, and you can truly tell that your journey matters to them. I felt heard, respected, and cared for. Dr. Pena’s experience and expertise made me feel confident in the plan. My coordinator, Nicole, was always just a phone call or email away whenever I had a question or needed reassurance. The nurses were also incredible—kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Today, thanks to their help, I’m pregnant following IVF and couldn’t be more thankful – Dr. Pena gave me something that I wasn’t sure I would ever have. I am so grateful for the care, support, and expertise I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone going through fertility treatment.

Where should I start?! I think I'll start from the beginning! Anyone/Couples that has had an IVF journey... knows how hard it is to find a clinic with a great or high success rate, great staff! A clinic that actually cares about you as a human!! As women! As a couple struggling to have a family! A clinic that's not just there to take your money! I am so happy to say that from our consultation with Dr Joseph Pena at RMA IVF we felt great! We were so amazed and surprised by how kind ,easy to talk too, funny! And very knowledgeable he was! To be honest we didn't expect him to be that great! Not to mention he is so honest,straightforward and professional. And honestly that gave us great confidence to start our IVF Journey with Dr Joseph Pena at RMA IVF. I am a woman that has to feel comfortable with my doctor and he made me feel that way! To us the consultation is very important. We needed to feel confident and comfortable with everyone at RMA IVF and Dr Joseph Pena and his staff did just… that! To the nurses Marylou, Jess and Karen the ultrasound technician and Emily! I have to say they are amazing people!! So easy to talk too! So kind and compassionate! So caring! So organized! So experienced and so knowledgeable as well! My Favorites are Karen and Emily!! they always make me feel comfortable! Karen Explains so well about everything! Before I leave! How things are looking! Tells me im doing good! To hang in there! Its a great feeling leaving there after my visit. Love chatting with her and Emily!! And the wait time is amazing! They are always on time when you get there! I never really had to wait more than 5 minutes amazing!! Im now 8 weeks pregnant and im so happy and thankful for Dr pena and his team for all they have done for me throughout this journey. They made my IVF journey so comfortable and stress-free! Everyone of them! All my questions were answered and I really felt cared for by everyone! Dr Joseph Pena is phenomenal! And I would recommend Dr Joseph Pena at RMA IVF LI to anyone who wants that personal care! Who wants a doctor that compassionate and that makes you feel like you are always heard and not rushed!
