TOOK MY DAUGHTER IN FOR CHECK-UP AND WAY IN IN OUT IN A GOOD TIME....

On two separate occasions my wait was over two hours. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Talked into testing I didn't need and a specialist my insurance wouldn't cover. I came here because it was close, open saturdays, and covered by my insurance. Wish I would have seen all the other reviews sooner

i agree with all the reviews written. Everything written in those 3 reviews was my exact experience. The receptionist/"nurse" lwas very rude and un helpful. The wait is horrible the service is terrible the place is filthy and disgusting and the worst part is the visit with the doctor. I will never return here. I only had to come here because of doctors orders. I will definitely drive 3 hours from my house to a much better doctor than come back here.

My appointment was for 10:00am and at about 10:15 I asked the rude receptionist how long I can expect to wait. She stated the wait should be no longer than 30 minutes and the doctor was running behind, which was fine and I waited. By 10:50 I asked again and she said I should have a room by 11:00. I was in the room by 11:05 and everything was fine. I had patience until about 11:40 came and I decided to leave. I tried grabbing my papers with my private info on it and the owner of the place snatched my paperwork. I was so disgusted and demanded my info be erased. The doctor then came out and said I would be next. I ended up leaving and will never go to this place again. It was so dirty and ghetto.I felt like I was at the Cook County hospital. It was an awful experience and do not waste your time!!!

I went to Pundi about 3 times before switching. The office is dirty and the wait is long. He ordered many tests which I, and my next doctor felt were probably unneccessary. I stopped smoking about 8 years ago yet he insisted I needed a breathing test even though I had no issues with breathing, and was there on a completely unrelated matter. Conveniently enough, they have a breath capacity machine there which they used and charged me and my insurance a few hundred bucks for. My insurance was wise enough to settle that and the many other lab tests for a fraction of the price they put in. Unfortunately I still had to pay the full deductible based on the overpriced charges because I cannot fight it like an insurance company. I was very unsatisfied and will never go back.

If you are going there to get your medical examination report for immigration purposes, do NOT see Dr. Joseph Pundy. He will do whatever he can to make it harder for you by ordering unnecessary tests. I had a terrible experience with him. I had a tuberclosis vaccine when I was a kid. I told him because of my vaccine, tuberculin skin test will be positive, but he still ordered the test. Even if he knew about Quantiferon-TB gold test which could identify my vaccine from the real virus, he ordered other unnecessary tests offered in his facility. At the end, he claimed that I needed treatment for 9 months. I went to another facility to take the gold test, and obviously the results came negative and I did not have to take any drugs that had strong side effects. Dr. Pundy seems to be very talkative and nice initially, but he thinks more of his profits that his patients' health. I strongly do NOT recommend seeing him.
