Dr. Raub earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, and then went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine ( D.M.D.) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he completed a pediatric dental residency at Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry, where he received his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and a Master of Science in Dentistry degree
( M.Sc.D. ).
After completing his residency he served as Chief of Pediatric Dentistry in the U.S. Army at Fort Gordon, Georgia and retired from the United States Army Dental Corp. He was a Clinical Assistant Professor of the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, Assistant Professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry, and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Scott & White Memorial Hospital, Texas A&M University College of Medicine. At the Scott & White Memorial Hospital he has served on the Cleft …Palate and Craniofacial Team, and worked with children who have special healthcare needs such as: Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Hemophilia, Sickle Cell Anemia, cancer and many other conditions. Dr. Raub is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Raub is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Southwest Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Central Texas Dental Society. He presently has a private practice in Temple, Texas.
Dr. Raub resides in Temple, Texas with his wife, Sylvia and has two daughters, Monique and Melanie.
