Receptionists courteous, friendly, professional, the tech staff is the same, they call you by your first name, acknowledge you in the waiting room even when its not your turn to be seen. Dr. Ravalese is willing to listen to you for as long as you need for questions. He does not "sugar coat" the prognosis.Tells what you should be expecting for the the future, good and bad.

The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I loved all of them. Dr. Ravalese is very structured and unapproachable. He sticks to his agenda time management - no eye contact - I felt like a diagnosis not a person and I never felt comfortable with him. Maybe because he sees a lot of really sick people and doesn't want to get close to anyone or maybe he has so many patients he doesnt have extra time to make people feel cared for. They say the secret to life is you really don't have to care about everyone but we should treat each other with kindness and respect because its not what we 'do' in life that people remember - but how we made them feel. With that said, he knows his stuff when it comes to radiation oncology.
