He listens, and knows what you need to get better.

Dr. Reyes is outstanding. He is patient and really listens, he’s clearly an expert, he has a great team which says a lot about his ability to lead, and he’s very skilled in procedures. He has a calm, confident and reassuring presence during botb appointments and procedures. I am very satisfied with him as my doctor and would recommend him to anyone looking. A+

THE BAD: Lacks communication. Prioritizes their wants over listening to you. Makes you reschedule appointments on short notice. THE GOOD: Looks presentable

I got billed 460.00 so asked for itemized bill got none, then they called non- stop from 14 diff phone lines for what 1 call is sufficient! I'd think that was a waste of resources

I was a severe chronic pain patient of Dr Reyes’s for a few years. He took the time to listen to me, so that we could discuss & make changes to my treatment plan, in order to give me as much relief as possible at that time. He didn’t talk at me, or purposely over my head well educated head, with medical jargon, he spoke with me, and that’s something more doctor’s need do, in our very broken medical system. Unfortunately, his office moved from a nice, but smaller office in a great location, to a more undesirable office, in so many ways, to one clear across town from me and quite a distance from the other location. After his best medical assistant at the front left, he also had a little problem with some of his front desk staff too, and those who answered his phones. I took off one star for those issues. They’re absolutely have significance, but not nearly as much as having a great doctor! So, as a physician, he easily earned all 4 stars!!! I highly recommend Dr Joseph Reyes!

I have been in pain management for over four years now and after just two visitS with him I have leaned more about what's going on with my medical condition than I did in years at my last pain doctor.
