treats and prescribes medicine as if you were a drug addict instead of a decent human being with chronic pain. Was Mart will not fill his prescriptions. If you need care for chronic pain don't waste your time here. Your time is to valuable to waste it when your hurting and need help.

I was referred to Dr. Frenette by my primary care doctor for the treatment of fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. He refused to put me on the medication I was used to taking, and he and his nurse practitioner, (who is no longer there), basically forced me into taking a medication that is prescribed to drug addicts, but does also provide pain relief. Little did I know, until my pharmacist told me, he’s writing this prescription for me as it is written for addiction patients instead of writing it as it is written for pain patients. Walmart pharmacy will not accept any prescriptions from him at all, which I was told by a pharmacy employee that is a red flag. Proceed with caution.

So far, I have only spoken with the sweet woman who makes appointments but she has already 5 star worthy just for CARING!

Major failure(s) to effectively communicate, both on M.D.'s and staff's part. Resulted in dismissal from practice due to COMPLETE & TOTAL misunderstanding of long-term screening results and stated patient requirements. DO NOT advise consulting this M.D., period. He (and staff) have proved to be incompetent.

I met Dr.Frenette for the first time today. I was very pleased and treated with respect. That is so important when you are already uncomfortable in pain. He puts you at ease and only wants to help you. Office staff was friendly and office was clean and comfortable. I wish I hadn't put this off as long as I did. The whole visit went smoothly and didn't take long. I will trust him to give me a nerve block. Birmingham is lucky to have him!!
