Dr. Joseph Charles Roth, DO

Terrible service terrible doctor terrible nurses. Very very rude. Our family has been going there for years. But we will never step foot in there again.

I am so disgusted with the way the billing for the office is now done that I'm looking for a new primary, despite absolutely loving my nurse practitioner and both PAs. Have just been sent to collections for services already paid for by my insurers, no statements received by me, and am ready to file a formal complaint with Medicare because I am not the only family member having these 'mistakes' in billing. I'm now convinced it's intentional. Not Dr. Roth's fault, but I won't go through this frustration any longer.

This Doctor used to seem to care. Yu have to beg his staff to schedule tests. They are rude and difficult to deal with. I have had tests that were misplaced and was treated poorly by several staff members. When I switched insurances his staff member Shannon threw a paper at me that I had written the new group number on and yelled"this means nothing to me" in front of a waiting room of people. Of you complain to Dr Roth he just supports his staff and says patients are difficult. I was waiting to e scheduled for a biopsy and it took almost two months to get scheduled. Then I fought with the Dr's office and the hospital for several more weeks to find out if I had cancer. No apologies, nothing. The last straw was several months later after several calls to try to get to talk to Dr Roth, one of his staff said he wanted me to see an Ear, anise and Throat specialist for a swollen thyroid. Upon calling this specialty I found that was the wrong type of specialist to send me to. Further, the… assistant said that recommendation was in the records from months earlier. It seemed that the recommendation was added after the fact. This is a sampling of the poor business operations of this Doctor. His staff is terrible and he doesn't seem to care. There were many other incidents and I should have left him years ago.

Dr.Roth is a wounderful doctor.

Dr Roth is exceptional at being a doctor who cares about his patients. He always has a minute to find out how you are doing, and never hesitates to have a test done to diagnose your problems. He doesn't give up when he knows something is wrong! He is the reason my husband is still here. He kept insisting a test be run the intake doctor didn't want to do, and it saved my husbands life. He is truly the best!

Dr. Roth is a great family doctor-he is professional but friendly and good at getting to the root of a medical problem quickly. He is heavily booked for a reason. He is also a great community asset and gives back to the community in many ways.
