Great experience. Waited just minutes to be seen. Dr Schauer was caring, thorough, and attentive to all my concerns during my six month wellness visit.

The worst office I have ever used. I would never recommend or use them ever again. This is after 10 years of being a patient.

They were so terribly rude that I wouldn't recommend a dog be evaluated or treated by "Dr. Schauer" ... His staff was argumentative and rude as well and misread my test results, then sent me someone else results instead of my own after they'd each taken turns cursing at me about it. Do not visit this doctor. I'd recommend going anywhere else first.

At first everything was going well with the visit, Dr. Schauer led me to believe that I may need to have an organ removed and said I should not wait to have some testing done. I ran out and paid out of pocket for all of my testing the next day. When I called to get my results (which they had for 2 days) I was told by the receptionest that my results were on the fax machine. I explained the urgency of my test results and I asked that the doctor call me as soon as he could, seeing as how he indicated that something may really be wrong. After the next day of not receiving a phone call I went to the imaging place & blood work lab and got my own results. 2 days later I get a call from the receptionest saying everything was negative. Liar (I had all of my tests, I know what they said). I again asked to speak to the doctor because I have questions. Two days later I get a call from the receptionest who relayed that the doctor was happy I was feeling better but feels I need to see a… specialist?? I had already made my own apt with a specialist 2 days before that. I have never been so mistreated by a doctor or staff. Don't go to this doctor's office unless you have the common cold.. You won't get past the receptionest for real test results..
