Dr. Shams is a highly professional, caring, and trustworthy doctor. I have undergone four vascular procedures with him, and have been very satisfied with both the doctor and his terrific team. The office is run very smoothly; it was a pleasure to deal with the receptionists.

I had two procedures done by Dr. Shams this year. I found him "cold and robotic" He never explained anything about the risks or possible complications involved in my surgeries. My only interaction was when I approached him and questioned him as to what the procedure entailed. He spoke for approximately 90 seconds and rushed off to prepare for the surgery. After the second surgery (the first did not work) there were complications that arose that might have been expected if I had been given proper counseling. I had been advised by other patients not to go to Dr. Shams, but I believe in giving someone a fair chance. After my experience I will never use this doctoragain.
