I've been seeing Dr. Shotts since the early 90's. He's a thorough, caring doctor who takes his time with patients and gets to know them -- a rarity in this day and age. He keeps up to date with new practices and research. The most important thing is that he takes the time to explain what he thinks is going on, tell you why he's choosing the course of action he's prescribing and what to do if that doesn't work within a specified time. A real gem!
