Dr Springle Is my primary and he is a wonderful, trusted and thorough. I had my dad come to live with me when he got to old to care for himself and due to Dr Springle's care my father bounced back a bit was with me a long while.

I have always been seen in a timely fashion. Staff is great always happy with my care

I can’t get an appointment. I can’t get through on the phone. And when I walk into the office, I’m told that everyone is at training. I’ve only been his patient for over 25 years, but he’s too busy to see me. Totally sold out for money!

I met with Dr. Springle only one time. He was very informative and helpful. His office staff is very rude and inconsiderate. The only reason I made the appt. was to get a referral. I waited two weeks for this referral after multiple calls and requests. I finally had to go through my insurance to get the referral done. Office staff also would not let me leave a message or talk to the doctor when I called. I have had to go to another doctor because of his rude and inconsiderate staff.

Dr. Springle truly cares about his patients. He is very sympathetic and wants what is best for you.

Doctor Springle is a compassionate doctor with great patients and ideas that are effective and cost friendly. Doctor Springle has been seeing my family and I for over 10 years. Thank you doctor Springle and the awesome staff at bay area family practice.

Excellent Dr. Actually cares about his patients needs & diagnosis your issue in 1 trip to him! I have a lot of medical problems, his prognosis on all of them (10+) where right on the mark!

I love my doctor he is very good at what he does. Always a precise diagnosis and an acceptable resolution. The staff at this facility could be 100% friendlier. The only reason they received 1 star from me is because the options didn't offer a half of a star for "Awful". They give inaccurate information just to get you off of the phone. They act as though they don't want to help you. I never feel welcome at this facility until I see my doctor, which is the ONLY reason I haven't switched doctors.

I have been a patient of Dr Springle's for many years. He has always spent as much time as needeed to talk and explain things to me during my exams. Knows his job and has good advice.
