Dr. Stanford was the first physician to take me seriously about how awful my period was. In just 20 minutes, he could tell me what other doctors had not found in 7 years of symptoms. It was Endometriosis. He confirmed with a biopsy and then discussed all of my options with me. What I appreciated most was that he really looked at all of my symptoms and how they could be related. Taking a very conservative approach, he started with treating the worst of my endometriosis and PMS symptoms. He was spot on about what I needed and honestly, I have experienced symptom relief for the first time since I was 18 years old. I cannot express enough how incredible Dr. Stanford and his team are and I cannot recommend them more highly. I tell everyone I know to go to him. Even those who don't live in UT! Dr. Stanford and his team honestly gave me my life back. I didn't realise how much my symptoms had been controlling my life, but they were. The team is always there to answer my questions and to help.… They were always empathetic and kind, answering all of my questions and following up with every detail. Truly the best health care experience of my life.

Dr. Standford is thorough and empathetic when working with women and their partners. He goes out of his way to call you, email you and follow up with any questions or concerns you have. He is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His staff is also great to work with and they all show you individualized care. I strongly recommend him if you are trying to conceive or have had multiple miscarriages.

Dr. Stanford is an expert in dealing with infertility in a way that works cooperatively with your body through the use of NaPro technology, which is a restorative medicine approach to working with infertility and other issues. This respects woman's bodies and helps treat the underlying issues. It's beautiful and it works! He is so kind and really cares about you as a patient and works to help meet you where you are to accomplish your goals. Highly recommend!

I was recently referred to Dr. Stanford by my OB after an early miscarriage. I visited him at his South Jordan location and could not have been more pleased with my experience with him. Struggling with fertility is not an easy thing to deal with physically, mentally, or emotionally, but Dr. Stanford made me feel at ease and hopeful through the process. He never made me feel like he was rushed during our appointments and spent more time with me than I could have ever expected. He made sure to keep me informed, make me feel supported, and cover all questions or concerns through each step of the way. Through restorative reproductive medicine and natural women's health practices, my husband and I were able to become pregnant with a healthy baby within 3 months of starting with Dr. Stanford. He has given us the gift of a growing family and I really can't say enough about what a positive and supportive experience we had.

At the beginning of my appointment, Dr. Stanford's nurse always does a quick questionnaire on overall health, fatigue levels, etc. I love that Dr. Stanford's approach to my fertility looks at my whole health. He is extremely thorough, and always takes time to answer and explain my (many) questions and consider various factors of my medical issues. I've never felt like I couldn't ask another question on my list because he was rushed or un-interested. (And though I'm sure he does this with every patient, only once did he keep me waiting for my appointment!) He responds quickly to messages, and is also very thorough in his follow-ups. I would highly recommend Dr. Stanford.

Dr. Joseph Stanford is the only doctor In Utah that I would see for restorative reproductive medicine, female and male infertility, and natural womenâ??s health. He determines what is going on in your body before treating it, as opposed to the "try this and see" approach that most doctors use. After seeing Dr. Stanford, my husband I were able to conceive our oldest child. Since them, we've had two more! Dr. Stanford is very prompt in responding to emails, which really makes me feel like he cares. I recommend Dr. Stanford to anyone.

Dr. Stanford is great! He really listens to his patients and he cares about what is going on. I like that he listens to me and how I feel as well as what my symptoms say. He wants to make sure my overall health is looked after, not just try and solve a single issue. I also appreciate that he doesn't just throw pills my way hoping to solve the problem. He recognizes that sometimes there is more to the problem than what is initially seen. He has been great and I have really appreciated his help this last year. I would recommend him to anyone.

I really appreciate Dr. Stanford's natural approach to fertility. He really is dedicated to his patients and wants to help them conceive as naturally as possible. He provides a lot of great patient education and really helps women understand their bodies and learn how to understand their cycles. His goal is to help his patients become as healthy as possible, which can only help fertility come naturally rather than jumping into any high tech or expensive procedures right away. He also does recognize when those procedures might be necessary after he has exhausted all other natural methods and options first. I will forever be grateful for my experience with Dr. Stanford.

Dr. Stanford took time to accurately diagnose & treat my teenager daughter's condition, and was careful and respectful in all the ways a parent would want a gynecologist to be careful and respectful with a teenage daughter. He had her track her symptoms in great detail, and then had us do blood tests on certain days to check hormone levels in order to accurately diagnose her problems. The most common treatment for the problems she faced would have been to put her on birth control, but it turned out that doing so would have made her particular condition worse. If you want a doctor who will take the time to figure out what is really wrong, instead of offering you a drug that commonly works without exploring what is really wrong, Dr. Stanford is an excellent choice. Dr. Stanford really understands how women's cycles should work, and what to do to help someone's body work correctly. I greatly appreciate his skill and his services, and I highly recommend him.
