During a routine check with another specialist whom performed an endoscopy a couple of possible issues were noted beyond his expertise, that Dr. & my GP recommended Steiniger. His office personal were pleasant and plecise, I did an online preadmittance which was quite in depth but easily followed. On my actual visit with Dr. Steiniger again his office personal were cordial and receptive, soon after arriving I was taken in for my triage and shortly after the Doc saw me; he addressed all of my concerns/questions, scoped me himself for his own "look see", he also ordered a hearing test which was quite lengthy (I had the time for it) and after all said an done the Dr. was able to put my fears to rest. All in all I Was very pleased from start to finish.

I had severe ear pain. My Primary care doctor, Urgent Care Clinic, Emergency Room, and Dentist all told me nothing was wrong! Finally was referred to Dr. Steiniger who saw me within an hour of calling and explaining the situation! He found shingles in my ear! Thanks to Dr. Steiniger, after 11 days of pain and no answers, I was treated with care and respect! 2 days later I was pain free and now in full recovery. My family and friends will all be referred to this wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable Doctor.

As a tonsil cancer survivor, I have serious swallowing issues that build. My ENT in IL had performed 3 dilations on me while I lived in IL which rectified my problem but after moving to FL I couldn't find an ENT who was trained in rigid dilations. I was told that GI doctors perform dilations - and one did a balloon dilation on me which was a total failure. One month later Dr. Steiniger performed a rigid dilation on me and I was back eating within days. After the GI doctor saying I needed a feeding tube and would be on one for life, Dr. Steiniger was an answer to a lot of prayers. He is highly qualified, extremely compassionate, and takes time to answer all questions.
