After receiving his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and resident training at Georgetown/National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC, he completed an Orthopedic and Physical Medicine Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. During his senior year of residency, Dr. Sullivan was the chief resident and Resident of the Year. Dr. Sullivan is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He brings expertise in pain management and rehabilitation and offers interventional spine procedures and electrodiagnostics. Dr. Sullivan lives with his wife and daughter in Petoskey and enjoys hiking and skiing.

I have been seeing Dr Sullivan for a few years now and have been more than satisfied with the care of him and his staff. He is not only kind and listens to you but extremely knowledgeable and capable. I would highly recommend Dr Sullivan for any kind of pain issues you may have.

I paid in the office and they still sent me a bill. They also refuse to help anyone that has a medical marijuana card, just FYI!

I have been seeing Dr. Sullivan since he arrived years ago. He has gone out of his way to make sure I am comfortable, informed, and have a better quality of life. My family is better because of him. He is extremely intelligent yet has the beside manner to match his brains. Truly rare. He is shy at first, but don't let his soft spoken demeanor dissuade you. He warms up quickly.

I have been to several surgeons on back pain after back surgery.Dr. Sullivan identified problem and he provided a solution,finally. It was a relief to find a doctor who was up-to-date on medical solutions.

He made me feel really uncomfortable. I won't go into any details but I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else!
