This man thinks he's in charge of all departments. He acts like a cop who has NO consideration, empathy or compassion. He should be in prison for what he did to me!! What goes around, comes around. He'll get his on judgement day. may he feel the fire....

My client I serve needed her J-tube replaced. It was causing her pain and discomfort and at risk of coming completely out. No respect or care for wheelchair bound patients. The staff is to lazy and inexperienced to get the Hoyer lift and use it to transfer a patient instead opting to lift patient causing further pain and stress, not to mention landing head/face first onto the stretcher. Then to tell us after 8+ hours that we should see if we could get our Friday appt moved up.... that is why we are here! To have the tube replaced! Did you even look at the site because she came back with the same dressing I put on when I sent her out... couldn't even be bothered to clean and change the dressing. Disgusting, Pathetic, Horrible Treatment.

We greatly appreciated Dr Tennyson's assistance and intervention in the care of my elderly father. He showed "old school" values in care and actually made a house call. Such a valuable service and so pleasantly surprised and grateful that UMass medical recognizes the value. Thankyou
