Dr Thomas can be a great Dr. when he wants to be. After years of receiving great care and having nothing but good experience, one day your luck will change. You might end up with MRSA, paralyzed or even losing your life. No one is perfect and there's never a promise of relief or safety of the procedures that take place in the office. However there are precautions that as a Dr who is administering shots to people with known risks could take but appears to not be concerned with. The priority is the bottom line, money. Based on the practices of Dr Thomas it's all too clear that getting a high quantity of patients in and out takes priority, even if it means sacrificing quality. So while lots of people make there way through the revolving door, I pray that you all find relief, while keeping in mind that this trip to Dr Thomas might not be like the last one, it might actually be your last one.

I have MANY pain issues. I started seeing Dr. Thomas for a bulging disc in my spine on my right side which was EXTREMELY PAINFUL! I could barely walk! I received an injection from him along with a referral to a neurosurgeon for further evaluation. I received two more injections along with advice from Dr. Thomas and the problem has been GONE for 5 years! I also have severe arthritis in all of my major joints. Dr. Thomas turned me over to his arthritis specialist and I have moved easily with almost NO pain for 4 years now! Currently, two different MRIs have indicated that I have SEVERE cervical stenosis (neck pain from swelling tissues and additional bone growth within my spine causing pressure on the spinal cord, which could paralyze me from the neck down IF left untreated) and lumbar stenosis (lower back) on the left side of my spine. He is working on both problems with injections and I am satisfied with the improvements thus far, but I think it may take a few more… injections as these are tough issues to resolve! In the meantime, I have NO DOUBT that Dr. Thomas will take excellent care of me and solve my current pain issues/problems, but it can time sometimes. He is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and DEDICATED to his patients (and he has a GREAT SENSE of HUMOR to ease your worries and concerns) BEFORE your pain injections to CALM your "nerves." I am 67 years old and have seen many doctors throughout my lifetime and Dr. Thomas is the ABSOLUTE BEST doctor I have ever encountered as far as "concern for his patients" and effectiveness of treatment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone with pain problems! He's an absolute GENIUS when it comes to solving pain problems! Do I really have to say that I most highly recommend him to those that deal with pain?

Both Dr. Thomas and his main nurse Loretta are rude, condescending, and treat you like you are bothering them. I think he needs to retire, and Loretta needs to find another profession.

That being said, he is a skilled physician when it comes to injections. I have broad shoulcers so I can take a little more vulgaris than the average person. His own staff is embarrassed by him.

Dr. Thomas has helped by severe stenosis where I could have active and seven normal life. I can change it. Jazzersize instructor and prevent having to have back surgery. I love him and his office staff very knowledgeable !

Terrible experience with my dad going to Thomas.

He's forthright, bordering on curt unless he feels a gentler hand is needed. Very good at what he does and does not split hairs.
